Healthful living has no contra-indications. I would go the hygiene route in all instances. In the ones you mention, I'd utilize hygiene and not include medical options. Were it me, I'd be fasting. Still, every situation is unique, and healing is influenced by genetics, vitality, and degree of damage.

HIV does exist, as that is what a specific virus has been named.
Is it the cause of AIDS? There is excellent information that HIV is not the cause of AIDS, no.
