I believe that fat is in some way blocking my muscles from using glycogen. I'm coming to 811 from a high fat, high animal protein SAD, and for a long time now I've felt that my muscles have not been responding the same way they used to during weight training (and all exercise), feeling, empty, weak, less blood flow. I've also had a problem with candida and digestion etc. I am reading 80/10/10, and just starting the diet, but I am wondering if I should cut out all overt fats, and if so for how long?
