I appreciate you using questions as a way of stimulating thought, but I'm afraid I don't have any great ideas. The only variables that seemed likely to me were better vitality brought about by better diet and lifestyle, but this is a fairly unsatisfying answer, and I don't buy that the NAs of the same region/tribes would really be eating drastically different diets or living lives that varied greatly in their condusiveness to health. What are your thoughts on why a few NAs survived?
