Hello dear Dr. Graham,
There are many people in the raw-fruitarian movement claiming
that citrus and acid fruits in general are not "designed" for
humans but rather dangerous, in particular for teeth and that
you should eliminate them or eat only once a week and not so
much.

Actually you can do banana island, apple island and papaya
island, but not pineapple island or lemon island.

Even if the "island" concept is just for a short period and
not the rule (and for specific reasions), the fact that you
can't eat so much of these fruits (even for a short period) is
denotive.

I personally love and enjoy citrus and pineapple in particular
and I know that they're wonderful fruits, but the fact that
you can't over-rely on them just like you can on other fruits
like bananas, papaya, ecc. is strange.

What is your opinion about that?

Thank you in advance and have a good day

Best regards

Augusto
