A pound is a rough, very rough, guideline. Some greens contain more water than others, so are heavier. Some days you'll want more greens than other days. I don't recommend micro-management of your diet, but rather that you look at your diet as an overall average; weekly, monthly, and even yearly. If you are eating plenty of greens, that's good enough. You don't have to weigh them.
