I'm experiencing acne on the 80-10-10 diet as well. : ( I was hoping it
was just a "detox" symptom that would disappear over time, but who
knows? For the record, I have had acne since I was 20. It did not just
"pop up" on the raw food diet... Wish I had an answer!
