Hi Dr. Graham. If germs do not cause disease, what causes epidemics that are not linked to declines in sanitation, chemical/heavy metal poisoning, or declines in nutrition? For instance, soon after the first European explorers described what is believed to be millions of Native Americans living in the North Eastern United States, upwards of 80 to 95% of the NA popularization died of some sort of epidemic. Those explorers could not have offloaded enough booze or other toxins to cause that level of effect. So what causes it? Also, does Herbert Shelton explain this in any of this books? If so, in what ones?
