Subject:	mouth ulcers

I'm 34 years old and I'm hypothyroid for which I take thyroxine. Otherwise my
health is fantastic. I don't have much stress, I've followed 811 for a year and a
half, I exercise and I'm happy. I do have recurring mouth ulcers. They're very
painful. I use Kenalog cream for them which is the best cream I've found. I was
just wondering what causes them and whether there are any other things I
could do to prevent them. Thank you kindly,
