My exercise regimen is extremely varied, but here is what is typical. At least twice, I push myself for physical strength. Sometimes with weight activities such as squat or deadlift, but I rather enjoy strongman activities such as tire flipping at least as much. I enjoy spending some time each week challenging my neuro, and of late the slackline has been my first choice in that regard. Gardening, bicycling, walking and running, and swimming round out my week. Overall, I average about 45 minutes of exercise per day, and feel fortunate when I get in an entire hour. I tend to go after my exercise with intensity, and get a lot done in a short time. But warm up and cool down are still important to me. In order to join short workouts with longer warm ups, the warm ups won't always be part of the workout, but may precede it as a separate activity, such as housework, yardwork, play with my daughter, or doing errands.
