I'd certainly recommend that you eat lots more fruit at your first two meals, and start dinner with fruit, then salad, then if you still want it, whatever else. Hopefully, you won't want it. But you have to eat enough, or you lose weight, plain and simple. There's plenty of athletes your age eating 811 and gaining size and strength, but they really eat. Other than a consult with a vision specialist such as my friend Esther at visionsofjoy, I recommend that you not use your glasses, as much as possible.
