Actually, we have yet to see data on the effect on the liver of fructose from fruit. We have seen studies on HFCS, and even the authors of those studies have insisted that fruit was not part of their study, and have strongly endorsed the consumption of fruit as being an extremely healthy influence. So, your apples and your oranges are mixed into your conclusion. Separate them out, and I believe you will see that fruit is an extremely healthy choice.
