No drag, no argument. Cells use glucose to make ATP, right. Glucose is the fuel. Correct, MCT go directly into the bloodstream, rather than first transiting the lymph. Still, boosting fat by 20% means lowering carbs by 25%. Not only does this leave you low on carbs, essentially craving carbs, but means more work for your liver. Give me an athlete and show me better performance on 30% fat and I'll be impressed. So far, I haven't seen it, not compared to 10%.
