Based upon your "logic," I could prove to you that poison ivy is good for you because it has many beneficial phytonutrients. Or, I could tell you that the responsibility is yours to prove to me that cocaine is harmful, since there are many valuable minerals in coca leaf. The primary rule in eating is to minimize potential harm. By citing benefits, we obfuscate harm. Rises in dietary fat lower uptake, transport, and delivery efficiency of oxygen and fuel from the outside world, through the bloodstream, and to the cells. Increases in dietary fat lower carbohydrate consumption, resulting in a plague of health conditions.
