I love your work Dr. Graham, and I follow the 80/10/10 but I still add coconut oil to my diet because I've found no evidence that it is unhealthy even at 30% of calories. The burden of proof is with you to counter the medical studies showing that non-hydrogenated raw coconut oil is perfectly healthy and even protects against atherosclerosis. The studies cited in this paper show that even at 32% of calories from coconut fat, some Philipino tribes have serum cholesterol in a range considered very healthy and more importantly have amongst the world's lowest incidence of heart disease, atherosclerosis and stroke: http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/article%20032305.pdf
