Subject:         Craving greens/salt more than fruits

Hello dear Dr. Graham,
In the last month I'm experiencing a shift in taste and in
what I want to eat.

I eat a 811 vegan diet with cooked starches and vegetables and
a little condiments, I always want and enjoy my fruit but I
noticed that I really crave and need greens and salty foods
(like starches, rice and cooked vegetables) more than fruit
and sweets in generals.

Do you think is a calorie deficiency problem or something
else?
Is it normal for you?
