in terms of fat loss -- i've heard/read before that lsoing 1-2 pounds per week of very slight calorie restriction and/or added exercise is average. but i think you've also said that this is the average amount of fat one would lose on a water fast as well? how are they they same amounts of fat loss? or how are they so similar? how are people losing 1/2 to 1 pound a day on a water fast? some of this is water weight, some of it just "toxins" and not much is muscle. what gives?
