can't say i saw them specifically recommended anywhere
(not in your 811 book, at least) but happened to see
them at market and thought to myself, "ive grown weary
of lettuce and spinach... and id rather eat bubble
wrap then kale," so i gave those things a shot since
they was green, leafy and compared to kale and chard
they was might tender in texture, and believe me you,
i paid the price. couldnt even taste the dates or the
cantaloupe i tried eatin a few hours later.

any other recommendations for greens besides lettuce
and spinach?
ive been hearin about lambs quarters recently but aint
had the time to go'ah foragin and the ol' grocer aint
got em. frankly, i don't even care for eatin greens,
im just doin it based on the common 811 consensus that
in the long run they're needed for overall health and
athletics...
id really just prefer to eat sweet juicy fruits all
the live long day... (after 9 months of eatin just
fruit and greens, i still aint aquired the taste for
greens) but we dont get to do exactly what we want all
the time now do we...
much obliged doc!
