Hi Dr. Graham. I have colitis, and hear that 80/10/10 works for it. I find that I have a significant allergic reaction to melons, grapes, and bananas, though. Do you suggest that I try the diet? Should I fast? I know you can't give me specific recommendations, but, perhaps you could give me your generic view on the subject?
