Hello Dr. Graham, I answered too late an old post I started some days ago and maybe you didn't noticed so I'll make my question again as a new post, I hope this is not a problem. In The 80/10/10 Diet you say that the germ theory is just a "theory", and that diseases, in general, are not caused by germs and microbes but rather by toxemia and body's internal environment, so I don't understand why, in a recent post about a durian that made me sick, you said that "The fruit itself may have been quite good indeed. But microbial contamination, from the outside of the fruit, from your hands, from the table, or some other source, could easily have been the cause." Your answer apparently contradicts what you say in the book about germs and microbes, claiming that germs and microbes can actually harm the body, in some way. At this point I'm a little bit confused about this argument. Could you please clear it up? Thank you so much as always, your time and your presence here is invaluable. Best regards Augusto
