Hi Dr. Graham, Just listened to your podcast at Brilliant Body Summit. Thank you very much for that. There was a tremendous amount of extremely useful new information and reinforcement of things I have learned from your book. I wanted to ask you about combining nuts with fruit. I am coming off of a lifetime of fairly standard american diet, with some extended periods of lacto- ovo vegetarianism. (I'm 64.) I can see that the process of switching over to 80/10/10 is one of making mistakes and learning from them. For example, when I eat pasta I really feel it now, but I still succumb from time to time. I understand that the ideal meal is a mono meal, but by the time I've done my workout in the morning it's getting late and I'm getting hungry. When I eat a bowl of mango, bananas and cashews, it's extremely satisfying, and I don't feel any ill effects. Is this an o.k. transitional breakfast, or should I be looking to get to mono meals as soon as possible? I've been aspiring to 80/10/10 since June. Thanks, Joe
