Subject:         Dr. Graham's View On West Nile, Flesh Eating Disease Risk

The news has made much of the soaring rates of West Nile infection from mosquitoes in the Southern US, which has lead communities to spray pesticides in residential areas to kill off the bugs.

Also, this year has seen quite a few people getting Necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating disease) through wounds.

I'm curious to know your view on these issues.

Are "healthier" 80/10/10 eaters at the same risk?

Is spraying pesticides for west nile a necessary evil? People are certainly dying from West Nile, so what should they be doing?

Natural Hygiene says we should clean wounds and then leave them alone.

But we're told we should be putting disinfectant on any cuts to prevent flesh eating disease.

What is the right approach?

Thanks.
