Hi Darcy,

I've been eating mostly raw for many years and have had zero
problems with my teeth. However, I have consciously been avoiding
eating acid fruit. I even go easy on the semi-acids such as peaches,
and rather choose the white varieties instead of the yellow ones.

The only time I have experienced black stains on my teeth, is when I
travel and eat organic spring mix right out of the box/bag. The oxalic
acid in certain leaves, such as chard, quickly gives my teeth dark
stains when eaten alone.

When I eat my greens normally, in a big salad or blended in a
smoothie, I don't have that problem.

I also clean my teeth twice a year at the dentist, and though I do have
some stains at that point, they are completely removed each time.
