"A good indicator of a good balanced diet is how your teeth look. During the summer I was eating a massive amount of peaches. Like 7 or more a day for awhile. It started to eat away the enamel on one of my teeth and my tooth began to get darker. Not a good look. Very acidic as most fruits are, not good.
"Fruits are sugar bombs.. ok in moderation but limit it."
This contradicts my experience on a high fruit diet. My teeth have improved since I started eating a lot of fruit, including tons of oranges. Maybe this guy above had problems because he was consuming fruit in the context of a very acidic diet, i.e. lots of meat and dairy. Maybe under those conditions the sugar from the fruit will eat away at the enamel. But I don't know. Seven peaches a day doesn't even seem like a lot of fruit to me.
