Subject:         Hydration, 811 and meal frequency

Hello Dr. Graham,
You say that your diet, in general, is water sufficient,
meaning that you don't usually drink water because what you
eat (fruits and vegetables) provides enough (when you don't
sweat more than usual because of very hot temperature or
physical activity, of course).

You also say that usually you eat 2/3 times a day.

So, talking about water sufficient diet in general (not
considering special situations like much exercise or very hot
climate), It would be like drinking only 2/3 times per day,
that is very little.


Is it sufficients for hydration, without drinking water?
