I put the prickly pears in a blender (i have a
vitamix) and I blend for 10-15 or so seconds (you must
broke the fruit well so only the seeds stay in the
strainer) the seeds are very hard and only a few, if
any, are going to broke.

Then I put the liquid in a strainer and I stir with a
spoon, with a container down the strainer of course,
and you have a delicious nectar without that ennoying
stones.

The strainer is one made of plastic, more or less as
the pink one on this forum

The complete process can last about ten minutes I
think (cutting, blending, straining)
