I put the prickly pears in a blender (i have a vitamix) and I blend for 10-15 or so seconds (you must broke the fruit well so only the seeds stay in the strainer) the seeds are very hard and only a few, if any, are going to broke. Then I put the liquid in a strainer and I stir with a spoon, with a container down the strainer of course, and you have a delicious nectar without that ennoying stones. The strainer is one made of plastic, more or less as the pink one on this forum http://www.mundobonsai.net/t2019-dudas-sobre-la-maceta The complete process can last about ten minutes I think (cutting, blending, straining)
