I will continue going to have the black cleaned off and yes I do eat my greens, as does my brother, who also has this black problem. I also know not to brush directly after eating fruit - I never did and don't now-thanks for the links.

It's hard not to think this is diet related and keep faith when these problems crop up only after switching to a high fruit diet or 100% 811. But then if this was the case, everyone would get teeth issues after going 811 and they don't. I will continue to research this black problem myself. It would be great if Doug could do a video of tips and advice for people who experience teeth problems after switching their diets, such as what to tell onlookers, tips for oral hygiene etc etc.
