I bring my cutting board, knife, and compost container in a canvas bag. I cut and eat at work. I use a 1.1 gallon Rubbermaid container and lid for my compost container. I bring the compost home and put it in my lawn clippings pile. I use canvas bags for my other fruits and greens. When I arrive at work, I immediately put my food in the refrigerator at work. My friend Danny Rossa, who is on YouTube, uses a cooler to bring his food with him. Danny travels doing sales by car, so his cooler is his refrigeration. I'm thinking of buying an Igloo Marine Cooler: "http://boats.wholesalemarine.com/index/_/N-/Ntt-igloo%20marine%20cooler".
