I have not heard of the black stains. I tried to look for Natural Hygiene dentists, but I couldn't find any. I don't know if a consult with Doug Graham is going to do anything for you. He says that tooth care is the same as any other diet. I would try the things that I mentioned in my previous post and add flossing to that. Keep going to the dentist for your cleanings. Are you eating your greens? Also, brushing too soon after eating anything acidic actually increases the odds of damage to the teeth. See this post:
