I usually bring a big thermos that combines a fruit with greens smoothie to work (celery, dates and bananas is a favourite). I also peel and cut up many types of fruit and store in a large sealed container to have ready to eat at work since I only get a half hour lunch break. For instance, this week I had a large container of peeled and quartered prickly pear cactus fruits. Often I'll do oranges cut in quarters, watermelon in cubes (I sprinkle it with lemon or lime juice which is very delicious), papayas-figs are in season now so they are a regular staple too.
