>>"Diet doesn't cause people to be abusive

in the sense that eating one particular food elicits a specific violent
reaction - a hamburger for a punch, an apple for a kick - of course
not, but nutrition absolutely plays a major part in our mental state

>>"why not implicate lack of sleep for starters

so diet has nothing to do with it, but not enough sleep is ok...of
course, you are right, this also could be a factor

>>"I know for a fact when I was eating SAD food (which is horribly
lacking in nutrition)

not all SAD food is equal

>>"what about stress?

of course, you are also correct to point this out

>>"There are probably a thousand other reasons that would cause
someone to be abusive before food should be implicated

there are of course many possibilities, but you are quick to believe
any of them before diet, yet nutrition is likely the most profound
and important....your defence is of a diet that i actually never said
was definitely responsible (read my post again)....

i'd put money down on the fact that if this guy based his diet on
hamburgers you'd have no hesitation to blame diet as the key
factor
