I brush with a brush that seems to scrape more hard. I brush with water. You can try a different brush. You can brush for a longer time. I have Evan's Garden Tooth Polish, which I brought to the dentist office for them to use on my teeth instead their polish. You can polish your teeth once in a while, not often.
