I'm excited for you to get healthy on this plan. I like Christopher's suggestion of checking your body fat to ensure you are at the right weight. I have just started working with clients on health coaching and would be happy to work with you one on one if you'd like. The advice I'll give you here is, eat as much fruit as you like when you are hungry. Don't eat again until you are hungry. Eat as many greens as you can. Green smoothies are a great way to get a lot in. Do some sort of physical exercise every day, whatever you like. Weight training three days a week.
