1900 Calories are my minimum as worked out by my body
weight as per 80/10/10. I weigh 140lbs. Usually I eat
far more than 1900 calories even on inactive days.

I am fully aware of the patience and time required for
the body to heal and believe me, experience has taught
me that I am not like other 80/10/10 dieters and that
extra was needed.

In nature animals have been known to supplement/self
medicate. The study of it is called zoopharmacognosy.

The 80/10/10 diet is the correct diet for mankind but
for me extra was required to get there.

After the course of probiotics and herbs I was able to
maintain 80/10/10 without the use of supplements but
only after the course was over.
