I have just returned from a three week hiking trip in the Rockies. I have very sore knees at 52 years of age with a torn meniscus and wear and tear arthritis starting. Is it possible to reverse this with your diet? I have been a vegan for many years and eat about 70% raw so I am disappointed and very worried this has happened to me. I am worried I will not recover, will be disabled and not be able to enjoy the active lifestyle which is so important to me. Any ideas??
