Hi Dr. Graham,

One more question for you.

I found out yesterday, I have a new cavity forming at the base of my back molar
between my back two teeth.

Is it common for cavities to clear up during fasting if they're just beginning?

Should I try to have it filled before I fast so my body has a chance to release the
local anaesthetic used? Or wait and have it done after?
