From: Any specific 80/10/10 tips for Acne ? (69.166.124.129)

Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any wisdom on how to go about eliminating facial acne as quickly as possible while on 80/10/10. I'm fairly new ( 2 months in ) so I understand it as a detox period but I notice some days my acne is worse than others and I was wondering what i could do to make it go away faster. Thanks!
