As long as I don't have trauma, I think that I will live very long. I use Natural Hygiene to problem solve my health problems, except for irreversible problems like a ganglion cyst and previous hair loss, which require the medical model. For example, I get sick from eating too much. Right now I have a bump on the left side of my neck and bumps behind my left ear, probably swollen lymph nodes. I'm blowing my nose and coughing much. However, yesterday, I turned off the faucet figuratively by not eating until very late, and I felt better. The substances, forces, influences, and conditions for my health are obvious. The discipline is getting stronger because I can see the results when I stop eating until hungry.
