Hello! I have waited to ask this question, because I wanted to first give my symptoms plenty of time to "work themselves out." Unfortunately, they haven't yet. After every fruit meal, I experience a period of forgetfulness, decrease in hearing, dizziness, and lethargy. The experience is similar to how I used to feel after eating large meals of carbohydrates back in the day (which is funny, because that is what I'm doing now with the fruit!). I have tried a low percentage of overts daily, I have tried no overts, I have raised and lowered my greens (greens do help, but I wasn't eating them with every meal), changed fruits, eaten mono meals consistently, consumed large quantities of water, raised and lowered exercise, changed daily activity even, raised and lowered calories (from 1500-2500). I have browsed all the forums for an answer, and it seems that others with this experience are either undereating, or just not following the program altogether. Mostly, I hear rave reviews about peoples' increase in energy and clarity. Should I just give it more time? I'm willing to try again and give it as much time as necessary, if these sound like reasonably simple symptoms to get through. Thanks so much for your help!
