I am down to 82 lbs and want to develop a fitness plan where I can start to gain muscle. Is it true that I can only gain 1 lb muscle in a month? I currently haven't been exercising at all other than a little bit of yoga and very light activity. I want to improve cardiovascular fitness and regain weight. Can someone please help me come up with a program where I will make measurable progress each week? I am not the best at designing my own programs. thanks!
