im 26, males, 130 lbs, pretty fit. so I've been on off 80 10 10 for a couple years now. for most of the time i ate mainly fruit, and not enough vegetables(in relation to grahams recommendations) i suffer from lots of tooth problems now,(17 cavities -eeek) i am thinking i became deficient from not enough minerals... so... i want to be sure I'm getting myself back to optimum health. i want to get into distance running and really enjoy it. but i want to make sure I'm doing everything i can to make sure I'm not in a state of defiency (if i ever was) what would you say i do to ensure or "top off" my body? i have a fear my bones or joints and stuff are gonna become stressed or something if i don't follow some sort of "trail back" to normalcy. thanks!
