| | Subject: | What book/program would u recommend for someone who's never been athletic/has scoliosis? | |

I just started the 80/10/10 diet. I have little to no background in any kind of sport or exercise. I want to know which of your books would be best for a beginner like me :) to get a start on regular exercise. I am extremely skinny and would like to put on weight (but don't want to look too muscly either, still want to be soft and round like a woman!) I prefer solitary sports like swimming, cycling etc... And I'm also very stiff so thought yoga would be good to try. I also have scoliosis so I'm worried about weight lifting and the one time I did yoga, most positions made my body numb on my right side (possibly because my spine leans to the right and my hips are thus not aligned properly). Haven't done physio, seen a chiropractor or done acupuncture. Don't know what will work best and I have a limited budget. If u could point me in a direction that would be awesome! :) (I already own 80/10/10, looking for an exercise manual) Thanks Dr. G!
