Hi Robyn

How does the sweat smell? Is it constant and when is it most
prolific? What are you typically eating and how much water do you
drink daily on a regular basis? And what is your attitude to stress?

One aspect to consider is that the skin is just one of the eliminatory
channels of the body. The lungs, kidneys, liver and intestines
equally play a part. When one of these channels is congested the
body will do its best to excrete toxins via the other channels.

The skin is the body's largest eliminatory organ and the function of
sweating is to cool the skin and get rid of body waste/toxins.
Sweat, containing toxins, is secreted onto the skin by sweat glands.
These glands can become overloaded, overworked and blocked.
The fact that you are also experiencing nasal and gustatory (taste)
congestion suggests that the body's is struggling to deal with the
current toxicity levels.

In your case, congestion is an inflammation of the membranes of
the nasal sinuses. It reflects emotional congestion, which is an
emotional clogging of unprocessed feelings. In indicates we have
hidden certain emotions through denial and dissociation. Emotions
have now come to the surface and need to be released in order to
heal.

In addition excessive sweating highlights that we are in a state of
excessive worry or self- consciousness. We are feeling that there is
too much pressure on our shoulders and we are experiencing great
amounts of feelings that we are unable to process completely. We
are nervous and are ‘sweating it out.'

Peace
Peachy
