I have felt really congested lately. I wake up in the morning and i can't always taste or smell properly until later in the day. Lots of clear liquid via the nose.

This may sound crazy but I usually have to hold the left nostril and expel air via the right nostril to taste food sometimes - yip i realise that sounds mad lol

haha yes that is me to a t! I don't trust anyone so with that attitude i don't open up or get too close to anyone. Very private person.
