Hello In regards to building muscle you talk about recovery is so much better on 811. I have a whole body routine that i train each time. I train it 3 times a week like most people do. Can you train more often on 811 since recovery is suppose to be better? like bodybuilders etc on your program how often can they train with weights? Im also talking about increasing reps or pounds each time i train so i get stronger ofc :)
