Hey Doug, I've been playing with this for a while now. I see you've been doing a lot of powerlifting lately, so, what do you do in between lifts? Personally, I wouldn't like to incorporate too much work, as I already do some sports and physical labor, and my goal is more so strength and building muscle (I've a runner's-type physique) However I am open minded to any suggestion, being a vigorous 811er :) rather than just sit around and wait - and still keep full energy for the next lift. Could you give a generic example for a powerlifting workout? Thanks!
