Doug Graham says that direction, not speed, is important. If you are going in the wrong direction, you are going toward sickness. A toxic diet and lifestyle is like water on the floor. Don't mop up the water on the floor while the faucet is still on. First turn off the faucet. Then mop up the floor. See if she can understand these concepts. 1) Draw a picture of health on one side of the paper and sickness on the other side of the paper, and ask her which way she wants to go. 2) Draw a picture of her mopping up water on the floor while the water is still flowing onto the floor. Ask her if that makes sense. If she doesn't listen, then she'll have to learn the hard way from the negative consequences.
