If I were a parent, I would feed her low-fat raw fruits and greens. I would keep breast feeding as long as possible. I would make sure that there is plenty of whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, low-fat fruit for calories because simple sugar is on what our cells live. The overt fats like avocados are optional but can be addicting. I chose not to eat overt fats since January 2011. The nuts and seeds may not sprout because they have to be dried to prevent molding and thus are not fresh nor raw. No creature drinks milk or eats milk products from another species. Would you make cheese out of your milk and then feed it to others? I don't make recipes either. I cut and eat. I use a wooden cutting board and wooden-handled knife. For example, I cut the bigger tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and eat the small ones whole. I eat romaine lettuce that I wash in order to wash off the sand. I rip it apart with my hands and eat it plain. This is how every other creature eats, except without a knife. At the farm where I volunteer, there's a pond with lily pods and cattails. Today, I saw a blue heron on the pond eat a fish, and it swallowed the fish whole. I could see the fish bulging its throat as it went down its throat. There was no food preparation. What Doug Graham teaches follows nature.
