Dear Dr. Graham,
In these days I'm living with a person with disastrous dietary
(and lifestyle) habits.
She never, NEVER eats fruits and vegetables neither cooked or
raw(she's almost 50yo and she almost never done it) and she
never eat raw foods, she only eats junk/cooked foods like
meat, bacon, eggs, cheese, ice cream, pastries, alcool, ecc.
She's seriously overweight with pressure, joints, constipation
and fatigue issues, but apparently she's relatively healthy.
I'm asking you: how is it possible?
How is possible to be ALIVE eating NO fruits, NO vegetables
and NO raw foods for almost your entire life?
Where a person like her get vitamins, minerals and the
essential nutrients?
I'm starting to think that food is not so important...
What is your opinion?
