Hi, another question: I can buy amazing tasting and soft organic dates for 10Euros the kilo, or 'raw' dates (dried under 42 degrees celsius) for almost double the price. Since i am consuming blended dates almost daily (to save money), do you think it makes a big difference that i buy the non-raw ones? Isn't it that the sun where they grow (middle east) is often way hotter on the date than 42 degrees anyway? Thank you for all your help, it is truly invaluable!
