Hi, many thanks for your reply. I was away a while
and then things been busy with the
Olympics...watching:)
I have asked my daughter to keep a food diary, which
she has been doing the last 4 days or so. The
doctor, having ruled out obvious causes, has also
now referred her to a specialist...
she normally drinks between 2.5- 3.5 litres water a
day,
today ... 2 Galia melons
6 mangoes,
7 persimmons,
1 nectarine
now she is out at a friends eating at least a salad.

another day....10 bananas (with coconut sugar)
1 nectarine
2 galia melons
1 watermelon,
packet tomatoes
pack lychees
400g medjool dates
mango
tiny salad

another day.......1 honeydew melon,
half water melon,
3 mangoes,
240g dates,
packet cherry tomatoes and 2 large ones,
2 nectarines

She seems to be keeping greens to a minimum at the
moment. She doesn't like them on their own I think.
Is it possible to get fat by just eating fruit and
veg? Is her problem simply that she eats too much?
Some days, now school and training are stopped for
the summer, she does very little exercise!
Many thanks again x x
